Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometres from the marvellous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Carovigno, this modern four-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In just twenty minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city.” With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, the town of Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old centre, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

In forty minutes by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can get amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden located on the west side of the historic centre.

Villa Anima is 34 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 114 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Surrounded by olive groves and with accommodation all on one level, Villa Anima can accommodate up to eight guests featuring four double bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Encircled by ancient olive groves, the villa boasts an exceptional infinity pool and a generous, paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Guests will love spending lazy and relaxing days around the pool surrounded by lawns and ancient olives in complete privacy. Near the pool you will find a large lounge area under the shade of a pergola. Reached by a short flight of steps, a shaded dining area overlooks the pool.

In the bright open-plan living and dining room, complete with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, large glass sliding doors open onto the outdoor dining area and the poolside area. With a soothing colour palette of neutral tones, the interior living space of the villa boasts an impressive sense of comfort and elegance with stylish contemporary furnishings and abundance of natural light. With accommodation all on one level, the villa features four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two bathrooms are en-suite, one is shared).

Sitting in private walled gardens, the bright whitewashed walls of this striking villa glisten in the sunshine and the modern interiors are elegantly styled in restful whites and beiges. Abundant nature surrounds this geometric villa, whose angular structure is softened by luxurious flower beds and olive trees. The villa also features a handy laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer, which is accessed from the outdoor area.

Retention time
