Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometers from the marvelous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Ostuni, this exclusive five-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy and tranquility to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this diverse region which is home to historic towns, incredible landscapes, excellent food and some of the best beaches in Southern Italy.

In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, and from Cisternino, often listed as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. After you have visited the historic Chiesa di San Nicola, you can get charming views of the surrounding countryside from Piazza Garibaldi, across the street from the church, and the Torre Civica, the tower which helped to protect the city.

The villa is a few kilometers from Alberobello, perhaps the most famous town in the Valle d’Itria due to its typical trulli: the conical rooftops coupled with charming cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses are a simply magical sight. The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of a maze of lovely streets and steps lined by trulli. Alberobello is considered a unique and enchanting place, and despite the fact that you may find it a bit touristy, it is definitely worth a visit.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

Trulli della Valle is about 48 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 101 km from the Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Ostuni is just 9 km from the villa, Cisternino is 10 km, Martina Franca is 16 km, Locorotondo is 19 km, Alberobello is 28 km, Savelletri is 32 km, Monopoli is 43 km, and Polignano a Mare is 49 km.

Immersed in a landscape characterized by olive groves, Trulli della Valle is a charming villa located in one of the most evocative corners in Southern Italy. Offering rustic yet elegant interiors, the villa has been recently restored and provides a unique retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most appreciated areas in Apulia. The villa can accommodate up to eleven guests featuring five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one room with three bunk beds) spread over two structures.

Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the boasts an exceptional pool and a generous poolside area furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the area beside the pool also features a gazebo offering plenty of shade, a fridge and an outdoor shower. The villa also features an exclusive indoor heated pool with swim-against-the-current system and a heated Jacuzzi for up to six people.

Offering charming views of the surroundings, the outdoor area also boasts a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas and a generous outdoor dining area complete with outdoor kitchen, lounge bar, pizza oven and barbecue. Here guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by hundreds of centuries-old olive groves, the outdoor area also features table tennis and multiple shaded areas for relaxing and socializing.

Trulli della Valle features five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one room with three single bunk beds) and six bathrooms with shower spread over structures (the trulli complex and the stone house). In the trulli complex you will find three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower, while in the stone house you will find one double bedroom and one room with three single bunk beds, plus two bathrooms with shower.

Trulli della Valle is the result of a perfect balance between Italian tradition and contemporary style, providing a unique retreat for those seeking complete privacy and pure relaxation in one of the most appreciated areas in Apulia. The property features two fully-equipped kitchens and generous interior spaces.

Each structure (the trulli complex and the stone house) features its own fully-equipped kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Moreover, in the trulli complex you will find an entrance, a dining room with large table for six people, and a generous living space with bathroom. In the stone house you will find a large open-space living area complete with kitchen.

Flooded with natural light, the kitchens are made with hand-molded oak counters and are fully equipped. The interior living space is uniquely furnished with a comfortable sofa offering plenty of seating, while large windows create a luminous and airy atmosphere dominated by light colors.

In two of the rooms there are French double beds by Maison Du Monde (140 x 190 cm). In the third bedroom, instead, the double bed is 130 x 190 cm.
In the second structure, the Stone House, there is:
A French double bed by Maison Du Monde (140 x 190 cm).
Three single bunk beds instead are made of wood by a local craftsman and are 80 x 190 cm each.
