Most of the visitors to the Piedmont are drawn to the many wine-tasting opportunities: this wine region produces the largest number of DOCG wines, the best quality you can get according to Italian law. Another great highlight of Piedmont is the food. Some of the cuisine you are likely to see on the menu includes Piemonte’s beef, home-made agnolotti, hazelnut-based desserts and the best specialty of all, white truffles from Alba, which is known as the center of gastronomy in this area.

The villa is located in Annunziata, where all the necessary services can be easily found.

The Property. Located in the heart of the Piedmont wine region, Villa Asti has been recently and carefully renovated while preserving the atmosphere of a noble country house. Surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old trees, this magnificent 18th-century property boasts an exclusive pool with expansive views. Perched on a sunny hill, Villa Asti can accommodate 28 guests in 13 bedrooms (12 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom). Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of rolling hills and vineyards, the villa boasts a generous garden where you will find a salt-water pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, this area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. Here you will also find a panoramic terrace with sofas, armchairs and tables.

The villa also boasts an internal garden where you will find comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax and where there is a tensile structure that houses the external part of the restaurant. Decorated with a palette of soft natural tones, the ground floor comprises a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. A second sitting room is used for setting up the breakfast buffet. The villa’s restaurant features two rooms overlooking the garden in front of the property. Please note that the kitchen cannot be used by guests. In fact, this villa is ideal for large groups and offers its guests the opportunity to take advantage of incredible hotel service and facilities while maintaining their own privacy in their very own luxury villa. 

Located on the lower floor, the wellness area offers a large Jacuzzi with a view, two tropical showers with chromotherapy, Turkish bath, Swedish sauna, as well as comfortable loungers overlooking the vineyards. After a long day strolling around, indulge yourself as you immerse in stimulating heat experiences. On the lower ground floor, you will also find the wine cellar. The bedrooms are spread over the ground floor and the second floor of the villa, accessible by elevator.

The villa features 13 bedrooms: 5 Classic Rooms, 3 Deluxe Rooms, 2 Family Suites, 1 Junior Suite, 1 Family Loft, 1 Tower Suite. All different from each other, the property’s bedrooms offer spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards. Without any doubt, the most sumptuous room is The Tower Suite. This spectacular room occupies the top three floors of the majestic neo-gothic tower, has a splendid terrace with a 360-degree view and a small private wellness area.

5 Classic Rooms: The villa features 5 Classic Rooms. They all feature a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of these room features a private patio, one features a small balcony, and two feature a private terrace. Decorated with a palette of soft natural tones, each of the Classic Rooms offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the garden of the villa or the pool. The recent renovations have allowed to restore the original features of the historic premises to their former glory.

3 Deluxe Rooms: The villa features 3 Deluxe Rooms. They all feature a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of these rooms has a private patio, one has a private terrace, while one has no balcony but there is the possibility of using a balcony with external access. These rooms boast decorations and frescoes, antique furniture brought back to the beauty of the past, wood and warm details. In each of the three Deluxe Rooms, an additional single bed (up to 3 extra guests) can be added on request at an extra cost.

2 Family Suites: The villa features 2 Family Suites. They all feature a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Both rooms have a double sofa bed for four extra guests, which is available on request at an extra cost. One room has a private patio, while the other room has a small balcony. These suites are spacious, over 40 square meters, and are equipped with a balcony and premium services, the perfect solution for those looking for a holiday of unique and exclusive charm.

1 Junior Suite: The villa features 1 Junior Suite. This room features a comfortable double bed, a private patio and en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. On request, an additional bed for an extra bed can be added in this room at an additional cost. This room is located on the ground floor of the villa and overlooks the vineyards of the property. It boasts fresco ceilings and a large bathroom with Devon & Devon shower and bathtub, and a private terrace equipped with deckchairs, table and parasol. It can be double or twin.

1 Family Loft: The villa features 1 Family Loft. This room features two comfortable double beds and can accommodate up to four guests. This room features a double sofa bed for two extra guests, which is available on request at an extra cost. This room boasts a small private garden and en-suite bathroom with shower. The room is located in the annex of the villa and is accessed from the private garden. It is spread over two floors and overlooks the vineyards of the property with a view of the Alps. The garden is equipped with sun loungers, a table and a parasol.

1 Tower Suite: The villa features 1 Tower Suite. This spectacular room features a comfortable double bed. It occupies the top three floors of the majestic neo-gothic tower, has a splendid private terrace with a 360-degree view and a small private wellness area. Flooded with natural light, the private wellness area boasts Jacuzzi tub, shower and Turkish bath. Access is both from the private terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table, parasol, and with a private elevator.

Please note that Villa Asti can comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests in 13 bedrooms (12 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom) with en-suite bathroom spread over three floors connected by elevator. Four additional guests can be accommodated in 4 single beds available on request at an extra cost (3 in the Deluxe Rooms and 1 in the Junior Suite). Six additional guests can be accommodated in 3 double sofa beds available on request at an extra cost (2 in the Family Suites and 1 in the Family Loft).

As previously stated, please note that the kitchen cannot be used by guests. This villa is ideal for large groups and offers its guests the opportunity to take advantage of incredible hotel service and facilities while maintaining their own privacy in their very own luxury villa. Since the villa offers the services of a hotel, the reception staff is present in the villa from 8:00 am to midnight. In addition, a night watchman sleeps in the villa at night. The villa has an apartment on the lower ground floor dedicated to the staff, where the night watchman sleeps at night.
