The Property. Located in the heart of the charming village of Monforte, in Piedmont wine region, Alba Suite boasts stylish contemporary furnishings and abundance of light. Offering an impressive sense of comfort and space, the property was recently restored and local craftsmanship was enhanced in the choice of furnishings by using natural and recycled building materials. Spread over three floors, Alba Suite can accommodate up to four guests featuring two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
Recently restored with a focus on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, this exceptionally-design property offers modern comfort and plenty of light. With a palette of soft, neutral colours, the ground floor features a generous and bright open-plan living and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace, which offers charming views of the Langhe rolling hills. The dining area features a large dining table for six guests. However, the table can be extended to seat up to 12 guests.
On the ground floor, near the entrance and the living area, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen. Custom designed with poplar wood and quartzite shelves, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including handcrafted tablecloths and a set of antique porcelain dishes. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom with custom-made poplar wood furniture. The relaxation room on the lower floor is the most secluded area of the house, where you can read a book and listen to music, or just unwind. The lower floor also features a Turkish bath.
The apartment can sleep four guests in two double bedrooms on the upper floor. With a large wardrobe and a TV, both bedrooms feature a headboard made with Vienna straw by a local craftsman, and the furniture is composed of old and modern elements.
