In less than thirty minutes by car, you can easily reach Macerata, a sleepy university town surrounded by lovely countryside. Set amid gentle green hills, Macerata is a charming provincial town with a wonderfully preserved hilltop center and an animated student population. Its old town, threaded through by skinny cobblestone streets lined by honey-colored brick palazzi, springs to life in summer for the town's celebrated month-long opera festival.

In less than one hour by car, you can easily reach Ancona, the capital of the Marche. This bustling city is the main gateway to the area both by plane and ferry, giving the place the atmosphere of a Mediterranean frontier. The influence of the East is also evident in some of its earliest architectural attractions. The garden also features an exclusive yoga studio, multiple al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socializing, and an exceptional dining area under the shade of a pergola for more refined occasions. The garden also boasts a pool house featuring a kitchenette, an exceptional bar and dining area, two half bathrooms, two showers, and an exclusive gym complete with modern equipment.

Accessed by the garden, the ground floor of the main villa boasts a spacious living space furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating, while the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden create a luminous and airy atmosphere.
