Overlooking the magnificent Lake Como, this exclusive six-bedroom property is perfectly nestled on a panoramic position and ideally located to offer complete privacy and tranquility to its guests. Combining a sophisticated design with breathtaking views, Villa Comacina represents the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with a unique twist of contemporary Italian style. Along the western shore of Lake Como, opposite to the Comacina Island, lies the village of Sala Comacina: beside the splendid views over the island, Sala Comacina is famous for its picturesque old town crisscrossed by narrow alleys with arches, small balconies and tiny bridges.

Reachable by boat, Bellagio is located at the top of the so-called Lariano Triangle, at the base of the promontory that divides the lake into the branches of Como and Lecco. Bellagio represents one of the most famous and elegant towns of Lake Como, and is extremely well-known for its beautiful villas and gardens, mild climate and naturalistic-environmental characteristics of great charm.

The villa is also just a stone’s throw away from Menaggio, the most important center of the west coast of Lake Como. Thanks to its central position, Menaggio is the ideal starting point for any type of excursion: by boat, you can access the sumptuous villas of the lake, while on foot or by mountain bike you can discover the paths of Parco Val Sanagra. Villa Comacina is 75 km from Milano Malpensa Airport, 85 km from Milano Linate Airport, and 115 km from Bergamo Orio al Serio International Airport. The villa is also 25 km from Como San Giovanni Train Station. Sala Comacina (where all the necessary services can be easily found) is just 650 m from the property, Bellagio is 10 km, Varenna is 12 km, and Como is 26 km. Villa Balbaniello is 2.5 km from the property, Villa Carlotta is 4 km, Villa Melzi is 8 km, Villa Monastero is 12 km, Villa Oleandra is 16 km, and Villa Olmo is 22 km.

The Property. Immersed in the peace of Lake Como, Villa Comacina is a modern property where every detail has been carefully chosen to create a relaxing environment characterized by open-plan spaces and natural colors. Boasting one of the most breathtaking views in Europe, this exclusive villa can accommodate up to twelve guests, offering six double bedrooms (four master bedrooms and four standard double bedrooms) with private bathrooms distributed over two floors. The spectacular views that can be admired from the swimming pool and the terraces instantly give a sense of calm and tranquility, making Villa Comacina the ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet.

Immersed in a land of 3000 square meters, the villa boasts a magnificent infinity pool with Jacuzzi and an exceptional poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and outdoor showers: the ideal place to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and a spectacular 180-degree view over the lake, this sophisticated property also features an outdoor lounge and dining area with barbecue, where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and unforgettable sunsets. Please note that the pool is not heated, while the Jacuzzi corner is.

From the poolside area, guests can access the modern interior living space, which features an open-plan living and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen complete with plate warmer, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Flooded with light, the living and dining area features a comfortable lounge sofa, modern fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, and a large table that can accommodate up to twelve people, while the sliding glass door overlooking the lake and the skylight above the dining table create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colors.

The villa offers six bedrooms: four master bedrooms and two standard double bedrooms distributed over the ground floor and the first floor, each featuring en-suite bathroom, creating a lovely private haven for afternoon siestas and peaceful nights. The ground floor houses two of the master bedrooms, while the other two can be found on the first floor. Each master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen satellite TV, wardrobe, safe, and private bathroom with shower. To further enhance the symbiotic relationship with the outstanding beauty of the surrounding nature, large windows offer inviting views over the lake. Located on the ground floor, both standard double bedrooms are characterized by a refined and neutral minimalist design, featuring flat-screen satellite TV, wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower.

Retention time
