Location and Surrounding Area. Chalet della Valle, an impressive 280-sqm luxury ski chalet located in the Dolomiti ski region, offers guests the opportunity to take advantage of incredible hotel service and facilities while maintaining their own privacy in their very own luxury catered ski chalet. Perched on top of a hill, the views from the chalet are simply breath-taking, with the village of Selva and the Sella Massif to the east, the dramatic Sassolungo to the south and the Pic to the North. There really is no better view to wake up to.

Chalet della Valle is located in an idyllic spot just a few minutes’ drive from the Col Raiser and Saslong gondolas for quick access onto the slopes. The center of Selva di Val Gardena is also just 4 minutes' drive from the chalet, where you will find a varied selection of local shops, bars and restaurants. Here, you can also access the Dantercepies and Ciampionu gondolas for access into the Sella Ronda and wider Dolomiti Superski.

Located at the foot of the mighty Sella alpenstock, Selva di Val Gardena is a real outdoor gym for those who love to spend active holidays. At the head of the Valgardena valley, there is the municipality of Selva Gardena. Extending at the foot of the impressive Sella alpenstock, the scenery in which the village is embedded is fabulous and ideal for various outdoor sports. Located between the Sassolungo, Gruppo del Puez and Sella Mountain ranges, Selva Gardena is a popular place both in summer and winter.

Also, the famous ski circuit round the Sella alpenstock, that is to say the Sellaronda, runs past Selva Gardena. In summer, the tour round the Sella alpenstock can be cycles, crossing four fantastic mountain passes. Other sports facilities such as the Pranives ice stadium, the golf course, horse riding schools, tennis and squash courts and a skate track complete the offer. Starting from Selva Gardena, you can reach the neighboring Dolomite valleys of Val Badia and Val di Fassa.

Offering breathtaking views of the village and the Sella Massif beyond, the chalet features an exceptional outdoor/indoor pool and an exclusive spa shared with the hotel. A refuge for the body and the spirit, the spa offers all the rituals of contemporary wellness, featuring Finnish and infrared sauna, panoramic relax area, shower and outdoor Jacuzzi. After a long day on the slopes, indulge yourself as you immerse into the Jacuzzi and stimulating heat experiences, or simply surrender to the peace and stillness of pure relaxation.

Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the ground floor of the chalet boasts two exceptional terraces inviting guests to sit back and enjoy the wonderful panorama. On the ground floor you will find two bright suites complete with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a generous entertainment room complete with home theater, billiard table, darts and bar. On the same floor, you will also find an exceptional wine cellar, which is shared with the adjacent hotel.

With a warm atmosphere and spectacular views over the surrounding area, the first floor boasts a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas with plenty of seating, a generous dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. The warmth and crackle of the log fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere to relax, as high ceilings tower above the spacious open-plan living space. Large windows occupy the space with light while framing the sensational Sella Massif view.

On the first floor you will also find two suites complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. Guests staying in the suites on the first floor also have the additional advantage of balcony access and a seating area, perfect for enjoying a coffee from in the warmer temperatures of the season. The elegant yet rustic furnishings fitted throughout the property present guests with a chance to experience luxury living in true Alpine chic style.

The lower ground floor features a private ski room and a small gym shared with the guests of the adjacent hotel. In addition, guests have access to the indoor/outdoor heated pool, beauty treatment room and massage room which are shared with the guests of the adjacent hotel. Retention time
