Location and Surrounding Area. Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Alpes, this exclusive seven-bedroom chalet is located in the heart of Cervinia, at the foot of the monumental Mount Cervino. Cosmopolitan Breuil-Cervinia is the undisputed ski capital. In fact, the winter season lasts six months (the longest season in Aosta Valley) and in summer it is possible to ski on the Plateau Rosà glacier. Modern lift systems mean ski connections with Valtournenche and Zermatt too. These resorts make the “Cervino Ski Paradise”, a snow paradise.

In Cervinia, everything is within walking distance, including the lift systems, which means you can leave your car in the garage during your stay. The town is made of residential homes and modern hotels, many with wellness centers, offering guests relaxation and memorable moments. Numerous after-ski ideas from shopping to pre-dinner drinks with tastes of local produce, Alpine Guide’s Museum visits and dinner of local gastronomical fair in the many restaurants.

The Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche Zermatt area is one of the largest in the Alps, with a varied “domaine skiable” beyond compare, which stretches through three valleys in two countries, Italy and Switzerland, from the 3.883 meters of the Piccolo Cervino descending to the 1.524 meters of Valtournenche. Ski runs offering the chance to ski all day without ever repeating the same run twice, alternating easier runs with those of increasing difficulty.

The Property. Nestled near the breathtaking Mount Cervino, Chalet Aosta is the perfect place for a stylish winter getaway in one of the most appreciated areas in Northern Italy. Offering comfortable spaces for gatherings with family and friends, this chalet blends alpine charm, rustic elegance and a warm atmosphere. Designed for comfort and relaxation, Chalet Aostacan accommodate up to fourteen guests (ten guests plus four extra guests), featuring seven bedrooms spread over the main chalet and its dépendance.

Decorated in a typical mountain style, the living space on the ground floor features soaring timbers, a bioethanol fireplace and sofas with plenty of seating. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of mulled wine with your fellow guests. Offering a warm atmosphere, the ground floor also houses a guest bathroom, designed to accommodate people with physical disabilities, access to the garden and terrace, and an elevator connecting the floors of the chalet.

On the same floor you will also find an exceptional SPA with bathroom. A refuge for the body and the spirit, the SPA offers all the rituals of contemporary wellness in a cozy setting, featuring Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, two emotional showers with chromotherapy, relaxation room with loungers, a large Jacuzzi for twelve people and fireplace. Offering a warm atmosphere, the second floor offers 140 square meters of open space, a living area complete with fireplace and TV, a bar area, a spacious dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay. On the lower ground floor of the main chalet, you will find a ski room with boot warmers and three garages for up to seven cars. Offering a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, the dépendance can accommodate up to four guests plus two additional guests. On the lower ground floor of the main chalet you will also find an exceptional gym with Technogym equipment, for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Fitness lovers will be able to keep up with their workout regimen without leaving the comfort of their own villa. The equipment includes: multifunctional UNICA, treadmill, spinning bike, pilates equipment, TV and BOSE sound system.

The dépendance features a living area with TV, bioethanol fireplace, a sofa bed for two people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom (which can be transformed into a twin room), a comfortable twin room, and a bathroom with shower.
