Location and Surrounding Area. Located on the glamorous island of Capri, this charming three-bedroom villa is situated just minutes away from the famous Piazzetta, the main square of the island. A popular destination since the 19th century, Capri is notable for its residences, gardens, and Roman ruins. With its whitewashed buildings and car-free streets, Capri exudes a cinematic air. Steep cliffs rise majestically from an impossibly blue sea, elegant villas drip with wisteria and even the trees seem to be carefully manicured.

The villa's privileged position is not simply limited to the breathtaking sea views it affords. It also comes complete with an array of amenities nearby, such as cozy bars, lovely local restaurants, and charming beach clubs. Capri’s best beach club is at Marina Grande, where you will find a little sand among the pebbles. Unsurprisingly, it is perennially popular with families. From here, small boats will ferry you over to the popular swimming spot, Bagni di Tiberio.

This vast complex, now reduced to ruins, famously pandered to the emperor’s supposedly debauched tastes, and included imperial quarters and extensive bathing areas set in dense gardens and woodland. It is located a 45-minute walk east of Capri Town along Via Tiberio. Beside the ticket office is the 330-meter-high Salto di Tiberio, a sheer cliff from where, as the story goes, Tiberius had out-of-favour subjects hurled into the sea. True or not, the stunning views are real.

Marina Piccola is a resort town known for its lively and sheltered namesake beach along the Tyrrhenian Sea. Views of the Faraglioni rock formations can be seen from restaurant terraces, while quaint Via Krupp leads to the botanical Gardens of Augustus. Just a few steps away from the Charterhouse of San Giacomo, the Gardens are comprised of a series of panoramic flower-decked terraces overlooking the Faraglioni on the one side, and the Bay of Marina Piccola and Via Krupp on the other.

One of Capri’s most magical sights is the Grotta Azzurra (the Blue Grotto), an unusual sea cave illuminated by an otherworldly blue light. The easiest way to visit is to take a boat tour from Marina Grande. Beautiful though it is, the Grotta is extremely popular during summer. Sunlight enters through a small underwater aperture and is refracted through the water. This, combined with the reflection of the light off the white sandy seafloor, produces the vivid blue effect to which the cave owes its name.

Offering the most breathtaking panoramic sea views, the most spectacular part of the villa is its generous terrace. The perfect place to sunbathe with lovely sea breezes, the picturesque terrace boasts a pool with Jacuzzi corner (from June 2024) reflecting the beautiful blue skies above. Surrounded by a lush garden, the terrace boasts shaded outdoor lounge areas. When it comes to mealtimes, al fresco dining is ceremonious at this home with a gorgeous dining area under the shade of a pergola.

Built in the early 1900s, Villa Brezza Marina has been carefully renovated to offer a beautiful setting for an Italian getaway with loved ones. Spread over two floors, the main villa boasts plenty of natural light. The interiors are exquisite and unique, furnished in crisp whites with occasional splashes of colour. The main floor features a bright living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows. The living area is complete with a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a handy guest bathroom.

The lower floor of the main villa is accessible by a staircase or directly from the garden, and features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with bathroom is available in the guest house. With accommodation all on one floor, the guest house features a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. Offering a calm atmosphere, the guest house also boasts access to an outdoor terrace complete with table and chairs.

Retention time
