Villa Tiziana Maratea is a wonderful property just 10 minutes from the sea, located in the center of Maratea, a natural paradise on the Gulf of Policastro in the southern Tyrrhenian Sea, all immersed in green vegetation with a myriad of small beaches which represent someone of the many scenic treasures that can be admired on the shore of the Tyrrhenian Basilicata. The coast stretches for about 30 km, from the Canale di Mezzanotte (bordered with Campania) at the mouth of the river Noce or Castrocucco (bordered with Calabria) and is characterized by dramatic high rocky cliffs interspersed with coves, ravines and beaches. Spending a holiday in Maratea is ideal for those who like to change beaches and fully enjoy the sun and the sea. The beautiful large garden of Villa Tiziana Maratea is characterized by a breath-taking 360 degrees view of the coastline, the mountains, and the city and also the statue of Christ the Redeemer, or the Christ of Maratea, which is the symbol of the city.

The villa is on two floors, with an indoor are of over 200 square meters: the ground floor has a large living room with dining, sitting and TV areas, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, double refrigerator, plus small appliances). A large laundry closet that includes washer, dryer, shelves for the pantry, fridge, freezer and cupboards with dishes for the outdoor kitchen. Two bedrooms, one double and one single, both equipped with TV and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. The ground floor features 3 large porches, one with an outdoor kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, oven) with large dining table, the other two are fully furnished with sofas and armchairs for relaxation.

The second floor has two other bedrooms, one twin and one double both with en suite bathroom with shower and the double has also a bath, with its TV and air conditioners. The second floor has access to a large terrace. From the main floor a staircase leads to the terrace housing the swimming pool with sun bathing areas, one covered with its comfortable sun beds and also the outdoor shower completely surrounded by greenery. Down through a short staircase you reach the entrance of the Villa and its related annex with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower a room with two beds, a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator; the annex is well appointed with air conditioning and a small patio with a sofa and a treadmill and an outdoor shower. The villa has a large parking area, Wi-Fi, Sky TV and a land line.

Retention time
