The villa is a few kilometers from the medieval town of Montepulciano. In just one hour by car, you can also reach Montalcino, extremely well-known for the production of its Brunello red wine, one of the world’s most appreciated Italian wines.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Perugia, Umbria’s largest city. Located on the ground floor, in a frescoed room with stone walls and vaulted ceiling, the indoor swimming pool overlooks the garden. The indoor pool can be heated on request, at an additional cost. In the attic, you will find a small bedroom. This room is simpler than the other bedrooms, and probably more suitable for teenagers and young adults. This room also features its own bathroom complete with shower. On the ground floor you will find the last double bedroom. This room overlooks the garden and features its own bathroom complete with shower. The rooms give classical Tuscan design an update without abandoning tradition. You will find rich pops of color, lovely fabrics, and, great views of the surrounding greenery.
