Villa Monica boasts classic lines with grande style elegantly perched on the Sorrento Coast overlooking the gulf of Positano and the Gallos archipelago of islands. This recently renovated property is an oasis of tranquility set in a fenced in garden with a sea view terrace for the ultimate criteria for full relaxation. The structure is composed of two floors each with full panoramic terrace once of which even has its own 4x11 m. pool!

Sweeping staircases, wide halls and prestigious interior decorations from period antiques to modern conveniences you have everything you need here including, central heating, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, satellite TV, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The villa is exactly 7 km from Sorrento on one side and Positano on the other with a small 3 km unpaved path down to the beach making it quite centrally located to easily vista everything both the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts have to offer including Capri just a boat ride away.

Ground Floor: Foyer with marble staircase leading to the first floor, living- room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub; 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom which you reach from the terrace, with a third single bed and bathroom with shower; large terrace with swimming-pool, sun-bathing area and stall shower. All of the bedrooms have access to a panoramic terrace with sea-view. An extra single bed is available included in the price. (Surface: 330 sq. m. interior, 400 sq. m. terrace).

Retention time
