Located near Maiori and Minori, and featuring a panoramic terrace with spectacular sea views, this bright four-bedroom villa is the perfect place for those who seek complete relaxation on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Deemed an outstanding example of a Mediterranean landscape by Unesco, the Amalfi Coast is one of Italy's most memorable destinations. Here, mountains plunge into the sea in a vertical scene of precipitous crags, cliff-clinging abodes, and verdant woodland.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Minori, a small town located in the middle of the Amalfi Coast. Its convenient location makes it the ideal base for exploring the entire coastline and Sorrento Peninsula, while its relaxed atmosphere and wide range of services from restaurants to beach clubs invite visitors to settle in and stay awhile. Minori has a delightful atmosphere of a timeless coastal town and its picturesque centre is thick with colourful lanes and historic fishermen's cottages.

Maiori's wide stretch of beach that covers about a kilometre of coastline in fine and large-grain sand is the town's top attraction, making it a lively and popular destination. The Amalfi Coast does not have many sandy beaches: the coastline is instead home to countless tiny coves lined with rocks or small beaches with pebbles worn smooth by the waves. The main seafront beach was formed as a result of the catastrophic floods of 1954 which destroyed the historic centre and is located next to the rebuilt modern centre.

Thanks to its enviable geography between the eastern and western parts of the Mediterranean, Amalfi became politically and economically important to the Byzantine Empire, and a promoter of Christianity in northern Africa. Tucked between mountains and sea, Amalfi is a town best explored on foot. While Piazza Duomo and the main street are home to most shops and restaurants, spend some time exploring the quieter side streets, where you will find arched passageways, hidden gardens and tiny piazzas.

Conca dei Marini is a pearl on the Amalfi Coast amongst scented lemon orchards and flamboyant flowers. Less renowned than the nearby Amalfi, Ravello and Positano, this tiny town has impeccably preserved the old charm of a fishing village, with white houses tucked into the rock, like precious stones in a sculpted setting. It first made headlines in 1962, as Jacqueline Kennedy, on holiday with her children in Ravello, would depart from Conca dei Marini’s port for waterskiing trips with the Agnelli family.

The villa is located near the centre of Minori and Maiori, where bars, restaurants and all the necessary services can be easily found.

The Property. Overlooking the turquoise sea, Villa Acquamarina provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners on the Amalfi Coast. With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this exclusive villa features an exclusive rooftop terrace. Recently renovated, Villa Acquamarina can accommodate eight guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room) and two extra guests in two single beds that can be added on request.

Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa boasts a generous landscaped garden and two furnished terraces overlooking the sea. Outdoors you will also find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and two dining areas, one overlooking the garden and one overlooking the sea. The rooftop terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. On the rooftop terrace, you will also find an exclusive hot tub.

With gorgeous views of the sea, the outdoor area is the perfect retreat to sunbathe or just sip a cocktail. The villa can be reached through a stairway of about 220 steps. Moreover, the villa offers private access to the beach of Salicherchie, where, from June to September, guests may book sun beds and umbrellas at a little beach club. Please note that the cost may vary according to the day of the week and the month. The beach can be reached from the villa by following a private staircase of about 40 steps.

With an exquisite blend of classic Mediterranean charm and modern comfort, the property boasts an impeccable and contemporary atmosphere. Flooded with light, the villa boasts a spacious living and dining area overlooking the sea. The villa also features a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, and all the amenities you might need during your stay. The villa also features a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The living area and the sleeping area are divided by just six steps.

Room #1 is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Room #2 is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Room #3 is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub; a single bed can be added to this room on request. Room #4 is a twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower; this room can be converted into a double bedroom on request; a single bed can be added to this room on request.

Retention time
