La Venere di Como is an elegant and modern villa, originally built in 1911 by a wealthy Milanese industrial family, offering a truly exclusive retreat on the western shore of Lake Como. Perched in a sunny, elevated position, the villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the headland of Bellagio to the north pre-Alps and as far as Nesso to the south. Just a 14-minute walk from the centre of Argegno, La Venere di Como accommodates 11 guests across 6 bedrooms (5 double/twin and 1 single).

Set within a meticulously maintained 3,500 sqm fenced garden, guests can enjoy lush lawns, vibrant plants, flowering trees, and serene sculpture gardens. Outdoor life is celebrated with comfortable lounges, dining areas, a barbecue, and a patio. The salt-water heated pool with Roman steps provides a luxurious space to relax while taking in the stunning lake views. A Roman-origin pedestrian road leads from the villa directly to Argegno and the lake, adding a historic and romantic touch to the surroundings.

The villa has been fully restored in 2012, preserving original marble and terracotta floors, doors, ironworks, and decorative details from 1911. Antique furniture, paintings, and statues enhance its exclusive atmosphere. The lower ground floor houses a wine canteen and storage, while the ground floor offers a welcoming entrance, powder room, a large drawing room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven.

A ground-floor double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace is easily accessible for elderly guests or wheelchair users. On the first floor, there are two twin rooms (convertible to double) each with en-suite bathroom and private terrace; one double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and terrace; and a double bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite and terrace. The attic hosts a comfortable single room with en-suite bathroom.
