Nestled amidst lush trees and surrounding nature, guests are sure to enjoy the privacy of this secluded villa. Spend the day at the nearby Vendicari Nature Reserve, where you can spot an array of wildlife including flamingos and storks, head down the coast for stunning sandy beaches, or jump in the car to discover beautiful baroque towns.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Noto, a spectacular Baroque city, and an architectural paradise with one of the most beautiful historic centers in Sicily. Renowned as the Capital of Baroque and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Noto is perched on a plateau overlooking the Asinaro valley, covered by citrus, olive, and almond trees. In less than thirty minutes by car, you can reach Marzamemi, a fishing village long known for good seafood, its ancient core home to shoals of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.

Offering a serene atmosphere, this villa provides a unique escape for to explore this diverse region which is home to Baroque towns, excellent food, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. The property is also a few kilometers from Syracuse, which encapsulates Sicily’s timeless beauty more than any other city: ancient Greek ruins rise out of lush citrus orchards, café tables spill onto dazzling Baroque piazzas, and honey-hued medieval side streets lead down to the sparkling blue sea.

In forty minutes by car, you can reach Modica, damaged in the 1963 earthquake and rebuilt in the Sicilian Baroque style: its highlight is the 18th-century Church of San Giorgio, which dominates the upper town. Attractions in the lower town include the Chiesa del Carmine, the Baroque San Pietro, and the Palazzo de Leva. The villa is also one-hour drive from Catania, one of the most picturesque towns in Sicily: its historic center is a UNESCO-listed wonder, where black and white palazzi tower over sweeping Baroque piazzas.

Positioned nearby the Vendicari Nature Reserve and gorgeous sandy beaches, and with accommodation all on one level, Villa Iron can sleep three guests in two bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 single room).

Surrounded by nature and set in a panoramic position, the villa boasts an exclusive hot tub and a paved area with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to unwind. The beautiful scenery surrounding the villa can be enjoyed in total relaxation from the well-equipped outdoor area, with its wide patio and terraces. Offering a tranquil retreat, this delightful rural setting is framed by citrus groves and olive trees. Here you can enjoy memorable lazy lunches with breathtaking panoramic views and starlit dinners.

Flooded with light, the villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, a small dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. The villa also boasts an outdoor patio where you will find an al fresco lounge area and a dining area overlooking the hot tub. The villa can sleep three guests in two bright bedrooms: a double bedroom and a single room. The villa also features one bathroom with shower and a handy laundry room.

Retention time
