Located near Taormina and steps from the region’s most beautiful beaches, this modern seven-bedroom villa is the perfect place for a relaxing break in one of the most popular tourist destinations in Sicily. The villa is located just outside Letojanni, a renowned seaside town a few kilometers from Taormina. From this charming dream villa, in a few minutes by car, you can easily reach the historic center of Taormina, with its characteristic alleys animated by boutiques, cafes, restaurants and night clubs.

Perched on the side of a mountain, Taormina is one of Sicily's most popular summer destinations, a chic resort town popular with holidaying high-rollers and those wanting a taste of Sicilian dolce vita. Founded in the 4th century BC, Taormina enjoyed great prosperity under the Greek ruler Gelon II and later under the Romans, but fell into quiet obscurity after being conquered by the Normans in 1087. Its reincarnation as a tourist destination dates to the 18th century, when northern Europeans discovered it on the Grand Tour.

Messina sits on a curved harbor at the northernmost point of Sicily's Ionian Coast, a few kilometers from the Italian mainland. A major transport hub for centuries, it remains an important gateway to and from the island. While a devastating earthquake in 1908 razed many of Messina's historic monuments, it allowed the city to re-emerge with a distinctly Belle Époque air. The Property

With over 500 square meters of space, Villa Baia di Taormina can accommodate fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom spread over three floors.

With a panoramic position, the villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Bay of Taormina, which can be admired from the large pool, the spacious terraces and the garden. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the outdoor area boasts an exclusive saltwater pool (heated on request) and a generous poolside area with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. The terrace also features an exceptional al fresco dining area with a large table and outdoor kitchen.

Flooded with light, the ground floor boasts a generous living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating, a dining area with a large glass table, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The living area has direct access to the outdoor area through large glass doors. The villa boasts seven double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one bedroom is on the first floor, and two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor.
