The Property. Immersed in the raw nature of the heart of Sicily, Dimora del Passo is a 19th-century farm estate that has been transformed into a hotel, providing the ideal setting for the most Sicilian experience. Close to Noto and its baroque beauties, this charming estate from the 1800s is surrounded by olive trees and the rolling hills of the Iblea Valley. With hectares of gardens, a beautiful pool area and a lemon orchard, Dimora del Passo can accommodate 22 guests in 11 uniquely designed bedrooms.

The estate was originally built in 1886 by a wealthy farmer and purchased by the current owner in 2008. After nine years of restoration works in collaboration with designers Draga Obradovic and Stefano Guidotti, the property opened as a hotel in 2017. The house is built around two beautiful courtyards, flanked by terraces and a garden set up for summer meals, evening drinks and quiet moments. Here, contemporary design meets Mediterranean style.

In the courtyard, you will find a large saltwater pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the outdoor space represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoy the orange-scented breeze. The poolside bar is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail overlooking the gently undulating countryside, while the fragrant orchard and well-restored courtyards are also worth exploring.

The huge indoor-outdoor lounge and bar beside the pool is a perfect place for retreating when the sun gets too hot. The property also boasts a massage room, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and a small gym (partly outdoors).
