Renowned for its balmy beaches and spectacular coastline, Pula is just a stone’s throw away from the villa and a good base for exploring the Southern beaches and nearby archaeological site of Nora, which includes a Roman theater and an ancient baths complex. The site is open to visitors and during the summer season it becomes a stunning stage for numerous concerts, festivals and shows. Located close to the site, the beach of Nora is a white and golden sandy beach with a shallow sandy sea bed and emerald waters. Don’t miss a visit to the small church of Sant’Efisio, just a short distance away.

Travelling along the coastline, visitors will come across the long sandy beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula, the paradisiacal beaches of Domus de Maria and Teviada, the breathtaking dunes of Porto Pino, the coves of the Sulcis Archipelago, the spectacular cliffs of Buggerro, and the uninhabited beaches of the Costa Verde. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the area beside the pool represents the ideal place for enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco, while the spectacular views over the surrounding area instantly give a sense of peace and calm. The garden also boasts a charming pond, and an exceptional dining and lounge area under a pergola where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying unforgettable sunsets.

On the ground floor of the main villa, the interior living space is uniquely furnished and exquisitely decorated with pieces of contemporary design while large windows overlooking the garden create a luminous and airy atmosphere. The ground floor also houses a guest bathroom and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen featuring a dining area with large table where guests can enjoy the morning papers with a cup of coffee. On the ground floor of the dépendance you will find a comfortable single room featuring en-suite bathroom with shower. Like a piece of art decorating the room, an elegant staircase leads to the first floor where you will find two spacious double bedrooms featuring en-suite bathroom with shower and a single room with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The first floor also houses a magnificent terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful views over the turquoise sea and the golf course. Situated in front of the main villa, the dépendance features an exceptional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Retention time
