The Property
Nestled in a lush garden, Villa Splendid View boasts panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and the island of Capri, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Set between an infinite blue sky and azure sea, the villa’s cliff-top location ensures superb panoramas. The villa can sleep up to 16 guests, featuring 8 bedrooms (7 double and 1 twin) arranged within five suites spread over two floors. The twin room, located within one of the suites, is available upon request at an additional cost.

Boasting spectacular sea views, the villa features a large pool with a sunbathing area and comfortable loungers. Surrounded by a manicured garden, the villa also offers an exclusive Jacuzzi for six people and spacious al fresco lounge areas. The garden includes a poolside veranda with a professional kitchen, pizza oven, and barbecue (for staff use only). Additionally, a panoramic rooftop terrace, accessible via a spiral staircase from an upper-floor bedroom, offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, the villa features three suites. The first Family Suite includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living area, and an outdoor space with independent access, as well as a mezzanine double bedroom with its own bathroom and living area, also with independent access. The second Family Suite comprises a double bedroom and a twin room (available upon request at an extra cost) sharing a bathroom.

Additionally, the newly added Arorella Suite on the ground floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private garden at the front. On the first floor, the villa offers two elegant suites. The first Family Suite on this floor features two double bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, sharing a bathroom, and a spacious living area with access to the terrace. The second Suite on this floor includes a mezzanine double bedroom with a living area and a private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for guests.
