Originally an old farmhouse, the villa boasts an exquisite blend of period charm and modern comfort. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views over the sea, the villa boasts an exclusive terrace with a swimming pool and a paved poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. On the terrace, under the shade of a pergola, you will find a large table for al fresco dining and lounge areas with comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socialising. There is also an original water well that supplied water to the house until 2008.

Flooded with natural light, the villa offers far-reaching sea views from the terraces, balconies, and arched windows. The property is laid out over three floors, with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers on the ground floor, two double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms with showers on the first floor, and a delightful attic with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, and kitchen on the second floor. The attic features its own spacious balcony with sunbeds.

Both the ground and first floors have a living room, a dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay.
