Situated on a hilltop with 360-degree views, this remarkable property features an exclusive infinity salt-water pool, a hot tub, and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind, a perfect spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation. Please note that the hot tub can be heated to a maximum of 40°C. The property also offers a peaceful ambience with a generous al fresco lounge area and an al fresco dining area under a pergola.

Main Villa (4 Bedrooms):
Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the main villa boasts a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. The dining table can accommodate up to twelve guests. As evening falls, relax on the sofas with a glass of local wine while listening to the crackle of the wood fire. The ground floor also includes an additional living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace, a media room with TV, an authentic forno room, and a guest bathroom.

The ground floor of the main villa features a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free-standing tub. Located near the main villa and surrounded by breathtaking countryside views, the annex offers a fifth comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower stall and free-standing tub, and a cosy living room with a sofa. The living room is bright and welcoming, equipped with a mini fridge and tea kettle for guests’ use. Outside the annex, there is an outdoor lounge area for relaxing and socialising with fellow guests.

The property also includes a well-appointed gym, allowing guests to exercise while enjoying views of the Tuscan landscape. Each bedroom, both in the main villa and in the annex, is equipped with air conditioning and heating, with an additional heated towel rack in each bathroom.
