The Property
Superbly located in the centre of Rome and overlooking the famous gardens of Villa Borghese, Villa Clelia represents one of the most prestigious private residences in the Eternal City. Built in 1929, this exclusive villa has been recently renovated by the French decorator Jacques Garcia, yet it still preserves its traditional Greco-Roman-inspired charm, making every guest feel like an emperor. Villa Clelia can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Set within a lush 400-square-metre garden, this stunning villa spans four levels and features an indoor pool, massage room, traditional hammam, and modern gym. The second lower floor includes a guest bathroom and shower. A stylish spiral staircase connects all floors. On the ground floor, you will find a grand entrance hall, a spacious living room with a beautiful piano, a library with a built-in audio system, and a guest bathroom. There is also a breakfast room and a large dining room, perfect for traditional Italian meals.

On the first floor, two of the four elegant suites can be found, each with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room. The first lower floor has the other two suites, also with en-suite showers, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom nearby. Upstairs, a 250-square-metre rooftop terrace offers stunning 360-degree views at sunset. The terrace is furnished with sofas, garden chairs and tables, a hammock, and a hot tub. There is also a guest bathroom on the terrace. A massage room and a traditional hammam are on the -2 floor.
