Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, the Valle d’Itria features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from Marina di Pulsano. The town is famous for its long, white, sandy beaches and crystal clear, turquoise waters and there are plenty of gorgeous beaches to choose from. Take a dip at the enchanting Montedarena beach and Lido Silvana, where you will find everything you need for the perfect day out in the sun. The sheltered bays and shallow waters make the area ideal for families with small children and there is plenty to do for the grown-ups too.

The villa is a few kilometers from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore the area, but spend some time exploring its old center which boasts beautiful Baroque architecture and quaint streets. The villa is also just a stone’s throw away from Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Cisternino, often listed as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. After you have visited the historic Chiesa di San Nicola, you can get charming views of the countryside from Piazza Garibaldi, across the street from the church, and the Torre Civica, the tower which helped to protect the city. From the villa you can easily reach Alberobello, the most famous town in the Valle d'Itria due to its characteristic trulli houses.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional swimming pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere and charming views of the sea, the paved area beside the pool represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. The outdoor area also features generous furnished terraces and an al fresco dining area.

Flooded with light, the ground floor boasts a contemporary design with plate-glass windows, light-colored flooring and breathtaking views over the sea. You will find two spectacular living areas, one on the ground floor, which opens out onto the shady outdoor dining area, thus creating a further sense of light and space. The second living room is on the first floor and features a flat-screen TV and a small kitchen. This space opens out onto a furnished terrace, which has steps leading up to the panoramic rooftop.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for creating authentic local delicacies and there is a handy breakfast bar for your morning coffee. You can choose to either eat your dinner in the formal dining room or outside, in the shaded patio. The SPA is beautifully designed to pamper away the stress of everyday life. Here you will find a Turkish bath, emotional showers, massage beds and plenty of space for beauty treatments.

On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms have private and independent access. Retention time
