Located in one of the most sought-after areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometres from the stunning Adriatic coast and the charming town of Ostuni, this exclusive four-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those looking to explore this enchanting region. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs, and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday.

In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the White City”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches, and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts a remarkable history dating back to the Stone Age. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are particularly striking, and there are many other architectural gems to be discovered, including the old homes of the nobles: you might well feel as though you are wandering through a charming Greek village.

The villa is also just a stone’s throw from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Situated in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is an excellent base from which to explore this wonderful area. Spend some time wandering its old centre, an intriguing mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture, grand palazzi, churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless exploration.

Additionally, the villa is a few kilometres from Savelletri, a picturesque port town with beaches and excellent dining options. Known for its high-quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy fresh fish brought in by local fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. The lovely waterfront church, adorned with Templar symbols, is dedicated to the patron saint and is celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a maritime procession of boats.

In less than an hour by car, you can also reach Alberobello, perhaps the most famous town in the Valle d’Itria due to its distinctive trulli. The conical rooftops, coupled with charming cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses, create a magical sight. The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of a maze of picturesque streets and steps lined with trulli. Despite being somewhat touristy, Alberobello is definitely worth a visit for its unique and enchanting charm.

Flooded with natural light, the villa features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen. Mid-week cleaning (usually on Wednesdays for about 3 hours) includes rearrangement of bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor and outdoor common areas, along with change of pillow cases and bath towels (not bathrobes) and restocking of the toiletries. On Saturday there is general cleaning with change of sheets, bathrobes, bath towels, toiletries and slippers.

Retention time
