Located in one of the most sought-after areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometres from the stunning Adriatic coast and the charming town of Ostuni, this exclusive six-bedroom villa offers complete privacy and a perfect retreat for those wishing to explore this beautiful region. Renowned for its whitewashed towns, excellent cuisine, dramatic coastal cliffs, and beautiful beaches, this part of Apulia provides all the ingredients for a perfect vacation.

In just ten minutes by car, you can reach Ostuni, known as “the White City”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches, and charming white houses, Ostuni boasts a rich history dating back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are particularly striking, and the old noble residences give the town a Greek village-like charm.

The villa is also a stone’s throw from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Situated in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is an excellent base for exploring the area. The town's old centre features an intriguing mix of golden baroque and white Greek-style architecture, with grand palazzi and churches, as well as a maze of narrow streets perfect for wandering.

A short half-hour drive will take you to Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town recognised as one of Italy’s most beautiful. The historic centre radiates from the 19th-century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, dedicated to the city’s patron saint. From the Villa Comunale, the public garden on the west side of the historic centre, you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The villa is also a few kilometres from Savelletri, a picturesque port town with beautiful beaches and excellent dining options. Known for its high-quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy fresh fish from local fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. The lovely waterfront church, adorned with Templar symbols, is dedicated to the patron saint, with grand celebrations held on the second Sunday of August, featuring a procession of boats.

Villa Lorenza is 43 km from Brindisi Airport (Salento Airport) and 106 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Ostuni is 6 km away, Cisternino is 16 km, Martina Franca is 23 km, Locorotondo is 26 km, Fasano is 32 km, Savelletri is 32 km, Alberobello is 34 km, Polignano a Mare is 54 km, and Lecce is 82 km.

The Property
Surrounded by eighty-five ancient olive groves and set within a lush garden encircled by a dry-stone wall, Villa Lorenza features crisp white décor and an uncluttered style, offering an exclusive retreat for those seeking complete relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. With an exceptional furnished rooftop terrace and two pools, this elegant villa accommodates up to twelve guests in six double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Encircled by olive groves and nestled in nature, the villa boasts two outdoor saltwater pools, including one on the rooftop terrace which can be heated on request. Both pools feature hydromassage stations and micro-bubbles. The other pool, with Roman steps, is surrounded by a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to relax. Outdoors, you'll also find a fully-equipped kitchen with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, and ample lounge areas.

For quiet time, head to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy charming views of the surrounding area. As mentioned, the rooftop terrace features an exclusive saltwater pool. Accessed via an external staircase, the terrace also includes a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas in front of a fire pit, and a large sun lounger for basking in the sun, enjoying moments of relaxation with a good book and a glass of Prosecco.

The villa comprises six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are spread across two buildings with independent access: the main building and the trullo. In the main building, you will find two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the trullo, there is an independent double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the ancient trullo are three bedrooms, two of which are connected.

One of the two connected rooms is a double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin room on request). Please note that the connected rooms are not soundproofed, so total privacy is not guaranteed. The bedrooms are styled in soft white and subtle colours, each with air conditioning. Flooded with natural light, the main building features an open-plan space with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs.

Retention time
