Close by, Martina Franca offers a mix of baroque architecture and vibrant street life, with grand palazzi, beautiful churches, and narrow lanes perfect for exploring.

A little further away but still easy to reach by car are Ostuni and Alberobello. Ostuni, the “White City,” charms visitors with its bright white buildings, cobbled streets, and long history dating back to prehistoric times. Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is famous worldwide for its unique trulli — conical stone houses that look like they belong in a fairy tale. Both towns have plenty of shops, great restaurants, and a friendly, welcoming feel, making them ideal for day trips from Villa Piuma.

The Property
Located in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, Trulli Regina boasts a contemporary design, creating an exclusive retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. With an impressive sense of space and comfort, this exceptional property features a heated saltwater swimming pool. With accommodation on one level, Trulli Regina can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (5 in the main house and 1 in the dépendance).

Encircled by olive groves, the villa features a heated saltwater pool and a generous poolside area with sun loungers. Outdoors, there is also a spacious al fresco dining area and a covered lounge, ideal for a quiet moment of relaxation. Within the extensive grounds surrounding the property, there is a padel court for the exclusive use of the villa, as well as a bio vegetable garden and an outdoor fitness area with a punching bag, rings, bench, weights, CrossFit ropes, and a mat for bodyweight exercises, with a cover in the warmer months.

The villa offers stylish contemporary furnishings and an abundance of light through large windows overlooking the pool. In the open-plan living and dining area, expansive glass doors open onto the poolside terrace. The spacious living room features a flat-screen smart TV and comfortable sofas. A guest bathroom and a laundry area are also on this floor. The villa has a generously equipped kitchen, including a fridge and freezer with ice maker, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee station, and kettle.

In the main house, there are three double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of these bedrooms has external access, and all are fitted with flat-screen smart TVs. Three further double bedrooms are in separate dépendances. Each dépendance contains one bedroom, all with spacious wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms with shower, and flat-screen smart TVs. Please note that one of these bedrooms is located near the pool area on the lower ground level.
