Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometers from the marvelous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Cisternino, this modern six-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can get amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden located on the west side of the historic center.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, the town of Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

In just twenty minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

In twenty minutes by car, you can also reach the town of Alberobello, perhaps the most famous town in the Valle d’Itria due to its typical trulli: the conical rooftops coupled with charming cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses are a simply magical sight. The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of a maze of lovely streets and steps lined by trulli. Alberobello is considered a unique and enchanting place, and despite the fact that you may find it a bit touristy, it is definitely worth a visit.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

Trulli Regina are 59 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 86 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. With accommodation all on one level, Trulli Regina can accommodate up to twelve guests featuring six double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom spread over the main house and the dépendances.

Encircled by olive groves and surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional heated salt-water pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a serene atmosphere, the poolside area is perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. Outdoors you will also find a spacious al fresco dining area and a covered lounge area, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, the villa features stylish contemporary furnishings and abundance of natural light thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool. In the bright open-plan living and dining area, large glass windows open onto the poolside area. Flooded with light, the spacious living room boasts a large flat-screen smart TV and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating. Here you will also find a guest bathroom and a laundry area.

The villa boasts a generous fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay: fridge and freezer with ice maker, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee station and kettle. In the main area of the villa, you will also find three modern double bedrooms, all equipped with closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has external access. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat-screen smart TV.

Three more double bedrooms are spread over three independent dépendances. In each dépendance you will find a bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with large closets and en-suite bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat-screen smart TV. Please note that one of these bedrooms is located in the pool area, on the lower ground level. In the large park surrounding the property you will find a padél court, sauna with infrared technology, park for children and bio vegetable garden.

Retention time
