Upon request, up to 6 additional guests can be accommodated in select rooms, allowing the property to host a maximum of 22 people.

Surrounded by 40 hectares of fertile land, this estate is home to 1,500 centuries-old olive trees, producing premium extra virgin olive oil celebrated for its exquisite taste. The property also boasts a beautiful natural biolake, located near the Canale del Fano, designed with advanced, eco-friendly technology that allows the pool to heat during colder seasons, offering guests the perfect refreshing spot year-round. This natural oasis integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, providing a tranquil escape.

The Masseria offers 8 elegant suites, blending traditional rural design with modern amenities. Located on the ground floor in the courtyard, the Suite Familiare 1 features a king-size bed and a separate living area with a French-style sofa bed (for two guests), ideal for families. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower. With stone walls, wooden beams, and earthy tones, the interiors blend perfectly with the natural surroundings. Additional amenities include air conditioning and floor heating.

The Junior Suite 2, 3, 4, and 5, are charming and refined spaces. With its high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and crisp whitewashed walls, the Deluxe Suite 6 features a king-size bed, a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower. The Suite Familiare 7 is the largest option on the property. It boasts a king-size bed in one area and a living room with a stone fireplace and two neutral-toned armchairs. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower. With its stone vault ceilings, warm earthy tones, and rustic details, this suite offers a genuine sense of rural charm.

The Suite Vista Mare 8 is nestled within the historic Torre dei Gonzaga, the estate’s most elevated point. Accessible via a 16th-century staircase, the suite offers stunning panoramic sea views from its terrace. Inside, you will find a king-size bed, a stone fireplace, a small library, and a minibar. The bathroom features a shower, while the interiors combine historical charm, traditional stone, and modern comforts. The sea-view terrace with plush loungers is perfect for relaxing on long afternoons or under the stars.

Rooms 6 and 7 are accessed from inside the property, but they still enjoy independent entrances. Guests also have access to a shared living area and a kitchen. The rooms can accommodate up to 16 guests, however, Rooms 1 and 7 feature a small living area at the entrance where additional beds can be added, allowing for 4 extra guests. Furthermore, Junior Suites 3 and 5 can each accommodate one extra bed, bringing the maximum capacity to 22 guests.
