Villa Arsina can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, with six staying in the main villa (which features three double bedrooms) and four in the annex (which offers two double bedrooms), ensuring privacy for all.

Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves, this stunning red villa offers unparalleled views of the Tuscan countryside. The highlight is the expansive outdoor terrace, where the inviting swimming pool (5 x 9.5 x 1.30 m) takes pride of place. The pearl of this outdoor oasis remains the pergola next to the pool, featuring a built-in barbecue and a charming outdoor kitchen, allowing guests to fully embrace the al fresco dining lifestyle, all while taking in the breathtaking views that surround the villa.

Main Villa:
Inside, the main villa is the epitome of comfort and style. Please note that the property has some stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The villa also features a security system and a safe for added peace of mind.
