Located in the picturesque village of San Teodoro, one of the most stunning spots on Sardinia’s northeast coast, this exceptional four-bedroom villa offers complete privacy and tranquillity. It is the perfect retreat for those wanting to explore the area’s beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. The coastal scenery is breathtaking, with a rocky landscape adorned with dense, aromatic Mediterranean scrub.

San Teodoro, just a short distance from Olbia and its airport, is a lively and trendy resort on the Costa Smeralda. The town's streets are filled with charming shops, refined boutiques, and excellent restaurants, creating an inviting atmosphere. In addition to its vibrant ambiance, San Teodoro offers a wealth of activities and experiences, including nightlife, shops, bars, pizzerias, and renowned beaches such as La Cinta and Isuledda.

The Capo Coda Cavallo area is ideal for beach holidays and snorkelling. Its coastline is dotted with pristine beaches like Salina Bamba, Porto Istana, Lu Impostu, and Cala Brandichi, all just a short drive from the villa. The contrast between the lush Mediterranean greenery and the azure waters of Salina Bamba beach is particularly striking.

Three kilometres south of Porto San Paolo, Porto Taverna offers good swimming, while Capo Coda Cavallo provides a more secluded experience with spectacular views of Molara Island. The Property
Set in the charming village of San Teodoro, Villa Siria provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking privacy and relaxation in one of Northern Sardinia’s most enchanting locations. Nestled between an endless blue sky and the azure sea, the villa’s spectacular setting offers superb panoramas. Accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Siria features four bedrooms (three double and one twin), spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exclusive infinity pool and a sundeck furnished with sun loungers, perfect for lounging and soaking in the stunning views. The tranquil outdoor area includes two generous al fresco dining spaces under a pergola, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and lounge areas for relaxation and socialising. The space also features a luxurious hot tub with gorgeous sea views.

The main floor, bathed in natural light, offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas and a fully-equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Accessible via a short flight of steps, the lower floor features a comfortable lounge with a TV, two double bedrooms, and one twin room, each with its own en-suite shower room. Please note that the fourth bedroom of the villa does not have an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a portable air conditioner, not a wall-mounted one.

Retention time
