The villa is situated on a spacious and beautifully maintained private estate in northeastern Sardinia, offering an unrivalled level of seclusion with virtually no other constructions in sight. This ensures complete privacy for guests. Just 50 metres from a stunning white-sand cove, Villa Maris provides direct and easy access to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the exceptional views and tranquil surroundings. The bay in which the villa is located forms a naturally protected harbour, making it an ideal spot for even large yachts.

Retention time
