Location and Surrounding Area. Located in the picturesque area of Capo Coda Cavallo, one of the most stunning venues on Sardinia’s northeast coast, this exclusive six-bedroom villa is perfectly situated to offer complete privacy and tranquility to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this area’s beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. The coastal scenery in the area is splendid, a rocky landscape spattered green with the dense and aromatic Mediterranean scrub.

In the shallow salt lake of Salina Bamba it is possible to watch flamingos all year round and to rent sunbeds in the beautiful Spiaggia della Farfalla. Swimming is best practiced at the easternmost feet of the peninsula, Punta Est. Thanks to its position, it is always protected from the wind. The waters of Cala Brandinchi are so wonderfully shallow that you can even imagine yourself in the Caribbeans with wonderful views. Even the long bay of Lu Impostu, despite the occasional wind that blows there, is of great beauty.

The coast of Capo Coda Cavallo boasts pristine beaches to choose from. Salina Bamba, Porto Istana, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandichi are just some of the many breathtaking beaches, just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. The lush green of the Mediterranean scrub gives contrast to the soft blue of the azure lagoon of Salina Bamba beach. The village of Porto Coda Cavallo is a small residential center that offers all the necessary services. The Salina Bamba beach is right in front of Villa Salina.

Not far from Olbia and its airport is San Teodoro, a small and lively trendy resort on the Costa Smeralda. Walking through its streets full of typical shops, refined boutiques and first-rate restaurants, it is easy to fall in love with San Teodoro. In addition to a great atmosphere, this location offers everything you could wish for: nightlife, shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, as well as a huge number of outdoor activities and exciting experiences. Moreover, San Teodoro boasts renowned beaches such as La Cinta and Isuledda.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this magnificent villa boasts an exclusive infinity pool and a sundeck furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa also features a veranda with a generous al fresco dining area with barbecue and an al fresco lounge area under the shade of a gazebo for relaxing and socializing. With gorgeous views of the sea, the outdoor area also features an exclusive hot tub.

Flooded with natural light, the main floor of the villa boasts a generous open-plan living and dining area. On the same floor you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms complete with shower. On the lower floor of the villa you will find a bright living room, a kitchenette, three comfortable double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds and four bathrooms with shower.

Retention time
