Located in the picturesque area of Capo Coda Cavallo, one of the most stunning spots on Sardinia’s northeast coast, this exclusive six-bedroom villa is perfectly situated to offer complete privacy and tranquillity. It provides an ideal retreat for those who wish to explore the area’s beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. The coastal scenery is splendid, featuring a rocky landscape dotted with dense and aromatic Mediterranean scrub.

In the shallow salt lake of Salina Bamba, it is possible to see flamingos all year round and to rent sunbeds at the beautiful Spiaggia della Farfalla. Swimming is best enjoyed at the easternmost point of the peninsula, Punta Est, which is always sheltered from the wind. The waters of Cala Brandinchi are so wonderfully shallow that they resemble those of the Caribbean, with spectacular views. Even the long bay of Lu Impostu, despite occasional winds, is of great beauty.

Capo Coda Cavallo boasts a variety of pristine beaches. Salina Bamba, Porto Istana, Lu Impostu, and Cala Brandinchi are just some of the breathtaking beaches located only a short drive from the villa. The lush green of the Mediterranean scrub contrasts beautifully with the soft blue of the azure lagoon at Salina Bamba beach. The village of Porto Coda Cavallo is a small residential centre offering all necessary services. Salina Bamba beach is directly in front of Villa Salina.

Not far from Olbia and its airport is San Teodoro, a lively and trendy resort on the Costa Smeralda. Walking through its streets, filled with typical shops, refined boutiques, and top-notch restaurants, it is easy to fall in love with San Teodoro. In addition to its vibrant atmosphere, this location offers everything you could wish for: nightlife, shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants, as well as a wide range of outdoor activities and exciting experiences. Moreover, San Teodoro boasts renowned beaches such as La Cinta and Isuledda.

The peaceful outdoor area also includes a veranda with a generous al fresco dining area and barbecue, as well as a lounge area under the shade of a gazebo for relaxing and socialising. With gorgeous sea views, the outdoor area also features an exclusive hot tub.

Flooded with natural light, the main floor of the villa includes a spacious open-plan living and dining area. On this floor, you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, two comfortable double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. On the lower floor of the villa, there is a bright living room, a kitchenette, three comfortable double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds, and four bathrooms with showers.

Retention time
