This beautiful home, has been recently refurbished with great respect for today's environment while maintaining its connection to its historic roots of yesterday. The entire ambiance is characterized by a mix of architectural elements based on local tradition, such as the exposed beams and white-washed oak flooring inspired by ancient Tuscan barns to the high tech and modern furnishings contained within. It features a wonderful indoor heated pool (heating on extra cost), an external infinity pool and a glorious garden. The indoor heated pool (4 x 11 meter) is usually closed from June until mid-September it can be available only on request from mid-September until may (1500 euros weekly extra cost  )or other period to be agreed. The location is perfect for your Italian stay: accessible to all of the must see sights while not even 10 minutes by car from one of the most breathtaking Tuscan beaches.

Swimming pool measures 8 x 16 m.

All rooms are flooded with light thanks to the numerous windows and French windows. 700 sq. m. distributed over three floors looking out over 20,000 sq. m. of gardens and orchards. Grand elegant convivial spaces assure an unforgettable Italian living experience. The central portion of the house is made up of a large double floor living room and an open space concept, dominated by a modern fireplace centering the whole composition. The dining room is spacious with a table that seats 12 as well as a pool table. On the same floor we find the house’s large kitchen, with a working fireplace, a grill, 5 burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge and a table that seats 14 facing an outdoor living space with BBQ and table for 12.

On the ground floor, one side of the living room opens to a superb shady patio, on the opposite side the French windows open to a garden perfumed with herbs and fruit trees. In the lower portion, the living room overlooks a comfortable outdoor area which faces the great lawn and the external infinity pool. On the same floor, going down two steps, we find the master bedroom with a private bathroom and veranda. Next to it a double bedroom and a second bathroom. On the opposite side the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large table capable of seating up to 14 guests.

On the first floor we find a comfortable living room with a Home-Video system with a Plasma Monitor 50” and Dolby Surround, equipped with DVD player, a choice of 500 DVD’s, and subscription to Sky TV makes it practically a home theatre. A double queen bedroom with private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the hills, furnished with two sun-beds and a table for two. A third double bedroom and also a children’s room with two twin beds convertible in a king size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Back on the lower ground floor the spa area with indoor heated pool is flooded with beautiful natural light from above thanks to 5 big skylights. Close to the indoor heated pool there is a 40 sq. m. fully equipped gym with 4 Technogym machines and a 55” flat TV screen for tutorial and a nearby powder room.

On the same floor accommodations for staff equipped with kitchenette, living area, sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, can sleep up to three people with a laundry room just off to the side.

The external pool area has designer loungers with comfortable mattresses, a shaded area thank to pitched awnings and a natural filtered pool containing no chemicals or chlorine.
