The bay is set in the magical setting of Monte Conero, from where it is possible to admire one of the most beautiful coastlines of Italy. Albeit small in size, the Marche region offers a wide range of attractions that make it an unmissable destination of your trip to Italy. Natural beauties, priceless artistic treasures and works of human ingenuity await to be discovered.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from the center of Ancona, the capital of the Marche. This bustling city is the main gateway to the area both by plane and ferry, giving the place the atmosphere of a Mediterranean frontier. The influence of the East is also evident in some of its earliest architectural attractions. Don't miss the Cathedral of San Ciriaco, on the hill above the port: parts of the Byzantine mosaic floor of the original 6th century church can still be seen.

In less than one hour by car, you can easily reach Macerata, a sleepy university town surrounded by lovely countryside. Set amid gentle green hills, Macerata is a charming provincial town with a wonderfully preserved hilltop center and an animated student population. Its old town, threaded through by skinny cobblestone streets lined by honey-colored brick palazzi, springs to life in summer for the town's celebrated month-long opera festival.

One of the unmissable destinations of your trip to the Marche is the city of Pesaro, which offers numerous attractions to its visitors. Among these, one of the masterpieces of contemporary art, the famous Palla di Pomodoro, made in bronze by the sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro. Surrounded by a lush garden with spectacular sea views, this recently restored villa boasts an exclusive pooland a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the outdoor space features a generous al fresco lounge area with an exclusive gazebo for relaxing and socializing. In the garden you will also find an exceptional gym and a generous al fresco dining area under the shade of a retractable awning.

Flooded with light through the large windows overlooking the garden, the ground floor of the villa boasts the most sophisticated and contemporary décor. Offering an elegant atmosphere, the ground floor of the villa houses an exceptional open-plan living and dining area complete with fireplace, comfortable sofas with plenty of seating and a large dining table. On the same floor you will also find a spacious and modern fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay.

Offering charm and modern comfort, the ground floor also features a study and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor of the villa you will find two comfortable single rooms featuring en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. On the first floor of the villa you will find an exclusive master bedroom with double bed, fireplace, an exceptional bathroom complete with shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, a balcony overlooking the sea and an exclusive terrace complete with hot tub.

On the lower floor you will find a double bedroom with complete with bathroom and a single room with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, accessed from the garden, you will find an exclusive SPA with Finnish sauna, shower and comfortable sofas for relaxing. On the left side of the villa, with independent access, you will find a single room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The villa also boasts a games room and an annex where the maid lives.

Retention time
