Situated in the heart of the region, just a few kilometers from the charming towns of Macerata, Ancona and Senigallia, Villa Amanda represents the perfect location for day trips to the most beautiful towns in the Marche region and provides a unique opportunity to admire the region’s iconic landscapes while soaking up its incredibly rich historical and cultural heritage.

In less than thirty minutes by car, you can easily reach Macerata, a sleepy university town surrounded by lovely countryside. Set amid gentle green hills, Macerata is a charming provincial town with a wonderfully preserved hilltop center and an animated student population. Its old town, threaded through by skinny cobblestone streets lined by honey-colored brick palazzi, springs to life in summer for the town's celebrated month-long opera festival.

In less than one hour by car, you can easily reach Ancona, the capital of the region. This bustling city is the main gateway to the area both by plane and ferry, giving the place the atmosphere of a Mediterranean frontier. The influence of the East is also evident in some of its earliest architectural attractions. Don't miss the Cathedral of San Ciriaco on the hill above the port: parts of the spectacular Byzantine mosaic floor of the original 6th century church can still be seen.

Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. Planted with typical plants of the region, the garden also features multiple al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socializing, a modern fire pit for gatherings with family and friends, and a formal dining terrace for more refined occasions.

Accessed by the garden, the ground floor boasts a spacious living space furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating, while the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden create a luminous and airy atmosphere. Retention time
