Ground floor: entering the villa from the main door, at left  of the access area, there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooking unit, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, American coffee machine and toaster) at right there is a  living room with large fire place. A flight of stairs leads to upper and lower level.

The lower level comprises a secondary living room with large windows, amazing lake view, billiard and fire place. A French window gives access to the garden having sheltered barbecue area, one external flight of stairs lead to the lower level of the garden bordering the lake and having dock.  One laundry room complete this floor.
