The main entrance, accessed through an underground passage connecting the two villas, leads into a grand hallway adorned with a beautiful mosaic floor. Surrounded by a seven-acre park, Villa Grande offers breathtaking panoramic views from the town of Como to the iconic Villa d’Este in Cernobbio, extending to Laglio, home to George Clooney’s Villa Oleandra. The estate features lush gardens and terraces, inviting guests to immerse themselves in nature's beauty. A private, gated access road ensures complete privacy, leading to an underground garage. The grounds also include an elegant gazebo overlooking Lake Como, ideal for outdoor relaxation or intimate gatherings.

As you step inside Villa Grande, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway adorned with exquisite mosaics. This grand entrance leads to a double lakefront living room and a sophisticated music room, both offering stunning views of the lake. To the right, a large, professionally equipped kitchen awaits. The ground floor also boasts a luxurious 20-seat dining room, perfect for hosting elegant dinners. Marble staircases and a lift provide easy access to the upper floors, while a guest cloakroom adds to the convenience of this level.

The first floor of Villa Grande is a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. It features a master bedroom with a lakefront view, complete with an en-suite marble bathroom and a spacious dressing room. Two additional double bedrooms, one with a lake view and the other overlooking the garden, each have their own en-suite marble shower rooms and dressing rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric blinds, ensuring a restful and serene environment.

The second floor offers additional living space with a cosy living room featuring an American-style kitchenette. Here, you will find four more double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and ample wardrobe space. Like the rest of the villa, these rooms are designed with both comfort and luxury in mind.
