There is also a wide variety of sports facilities which come to supplement the already extensive equipment. The mild climate makes Ronchi lively scene since early in spring, when the first warm rays of the sun touch the buildings and the nature around. In the summer sea and mountains merged into a single picture, creating one of the most complete and interesting stay.

The villa consists of one ground floor, where there are 6 bedrooms, 4 doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds, each with en suite bathroom, air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a large living room with dining area (for 12 people) with access from both sides of the garden.
