Situated within the tranquil Tuscan countryside, Tenuta Al Bosco offers the perfect balance between rural silence and cultural access. This exclusive historic residence, once owned by the Medici family in 1350, is set on a protected 1,500-acre estate in the rolling hills of the Mugello region. The property provides a remote sanctuary of privacy, offering the services of a 5-star hotel, yet is just 30 minutes from the centre of Florence. Tenuta Al Bosco accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (5 doubles and 1 twin).

With its enchanting setting, the villa boasts a generous garden crowned by a swimming pool (7 x 13 x 1.50). The pool is open from March to October and can be heated upon request (at an additional cost).  Surrounded by oak trees and cypresses, this private estate also features an al fresco dining area under the shade of a white gazebo and an outdoor lounge area. For wellness lovers, the villa offers a gym with the latest Technogym equipment, an al fresco yoga deck, and a dedicated massage and beauty room.

With beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and bright rooms, the villa is spread across three floors. On the ground floor, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen opens onto the courtyard, with doors leading to the al fresco dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wine cellar offering a selection of local wines (available at extra cost). The ground floor also includes an elegant dining room seating up to twelve, a spacious living room with a decorative open fireplace, and a recreation room complete with a pool table.

With classic décor and terraces making the most of the views across the rolling hills, this villa offers an exclusive retreat in Tuscany. The first floor houses four double bedrooms and one twin room, each with air conditioning and countryside views. Three of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the other two doubles share a bathroom with a shower, accessible from both rooms. The first floor also features a cosy living room with a decorative fireplace.

The lower ground floor, accessed from the courtyard, includes a double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom is also a guest bathroom. This bedroom has private access to the garden and a furnished terrace. Mosquito nets are fitted in all rooms, and ceiling fans are available in all bedrooms and living rooms. Air conditioning is available throughout. The property is also equipped with two 22KW EV car chargers.
