The Property
Surrounded by nature and stunning landscapes, Villa Vittoria is the perfect retreat for those seeking privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Recently restored with care, this historic 1400s property retains its charm and tradition, while its elegant interiors reflect its rich past. The villa features sixteen bedrooms (fourteen doubles and two twins), all with en-suite bathrooms, spread between the main villa and the dépendance, both beautifully decorated with a collection of fine paintings.

Set in a beautifully maintained garden, the residence features a stunning swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for up to six or eight people. The pool area offers comfortable sun loungers, large parasols, and a shaded gazebo for hot summer days. With breathtaking countryside views, it is the perfect spot to unwind under the Tuscan sun. The garden also includes a sauna, a synthetic-turf tennis court, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying Italian meals together, along with a convenient bathroom nearby.

Main Villa:
The main villa offers thirteen elegantly appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the inviting living area features comfortable sofas and armchairs that provide ample seating for gatherings. As evening falls, gather around the fireplace to unwind with a glass of Vernaccia di San Gimignano, enhancing the warm, cosy atmosphere. This floor also includes a convenient guest bathroom for guests’ comfort.

The ground floor houses a large dining area, made up of three adjacent rooms facing the courtyard, and a fully equipped professional kitchen, which is reserved for the villa’s staff. There is also an independent apartment on the ground floor, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed in a private living area, and a bathroom with a double shower. On the lower floor, you can challenge your fellow guests to a game of pool, while also admiring the exceptional stone-clad wine cellar.

A short flight of steps leads to the first floor, featuring six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These include a frescoed double bedroom (near the main entrance) with an en-suite shower; a master suite with a living area, sofa bed (near the terrace), and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower; a green double bedroom (two twin beds pushed together) with an en-suite shower; a suite with a double bed and living room, along with an en-suite shower; and two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers.
