The property is surrounded by an exquisitely kept garden where you will find a plunge pool with Jacuzzi and a poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, deckchairs, and parasols offering plenty of shade on hot summer days. The garden also boasts a generous al fresco lounge area where guests can enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. The villa also offers an exceptional terrace and a generous al fresco dining area with a large table under a gazebo where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Tuscan climate.

On the lower floor, the interior living space is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating: as the evening falls, sit around the fireplace and relax while enjoying a glass of Vernaccia di San Gimignano. On the ground floor, the villa houses a second fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living space with comfortable sofas and armchairs. To further enhance the symbiotic relationship with the surrounding nature, large windows constantly offer inviting views over the garden while creating a luminous and airy atmosphere dominated by light colors.

On the first floor, you will find two of the six spacious and luminous double bedrooms of the villa: Rosa and Girasole.
