Dating back to the 18th century, this exclusive villa has been masterfully renovated, restoring both the interior and exterior to their former glory. Villa Certaldo can accommodate 18 guests in 9 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Surrounded by a generous garden, the property boasts an exclusive swimming pool (which can be heated on request at an additional cost) and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to relax and unwind. Much of your time here will likely be spent in the immaculate grounds, sunbathing by the pool or preparing Tuscan steaks on the barbecue to enjoy al fresco, just as the locals do. The terrace also provides ample space for elegant evening cocktails with breathtaking views.

The ground floor opens onto a spacious hallway and features two elegant sitting rooms and two dining rooms, one of which has enormous glass windows to maximise natural light, the panoramic views, and a sense of space while you dine. Additionally, there is a cosy TV room and a beautiful Tuscan-style kitchen with a central island. On the ground floor, there is also the first of the bedrooms, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A practical laundry room and a convenient downstairs bathroom complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are seven bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers, three of which can be converted into twin rooms on request. On the second floor, in the attic, is the final bedroom, the ninth: a double room that can be converted into a twin room on request, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, like all the others. There are two separate terraces on this floor: one accessed from the hallway at the top of the spiral staircase, and one accessed from the bedroom.
