Villa Bellavista is ideally located between the enchanting villages of Panzano and Greve in Chianti. The Property
Surrounded by breathtaking views of Chianti's vineyards, Villa Bellavista is a Tuscan dream property. The original buildings on this country estate and winery date back to the 11th century, when records showed it to be part of Roffiano Fortress, which was linked to the Passignano monks. From the 14th century onwards, it has played a more peaceful role in producing food and exceptional wines for the local area. Villa Bellavista can sleep 20 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 3 family suites, each family suite featuring one queen bed and one twin room.

Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the property and lead to the exclusive gated pool, which is accompanied by a generous poolside area with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and relax. A newly added heated Jacuzzi (for six people) by the pool is also available year-round, including during the winter season. The poolside area is complete with a pool house and changing room with bathroom and outdoor shower, a table tennis table, and a bocce court. Please note that the villa has a ramp for disabled access.

For most of your stay, you will likely find yourselves dining al fresco in the charming courtyard, which features a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue area. You can help yourself to fresh produce from the vegetable garden. For those occasional rainy days or relaxing evenings at home, there is a superb cinema room with stylish tiered seating and plenty of English-language films to choose from. A private cantina and a convenient downstairs bathroom complete the ground floor.

The ground floor includes a bright dining room with a sitting area opening onto a shaded dining pergola through arched windows. It connects to a spacious open-plan kitchen with professional-style appliances, perfect for cooking. There is also a laundry room and a guest bathroom on this floor. From the courtyard, guests can access a private cinema with tiered cushioned seating and a wide selection of English-language films. A wine cellar is also on this level and available for tastings by reservation.

The first floor features a comfortable living room with TV, along with four well-appointed bedrooms. These include two family suites: Ricasoli, with a queen-size bedroom and an adjoining twin room, and Travaso Tesoro, which also offers a queen-size bedroom and a twin room sharing a bathroom with shower, accessed via a small hallway between the two. The Gioconda double bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private living room, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The Frantoio double bedroom features a king-size bed and its own separate living area, offering extra space to unwind.

The second floor offers three additional bedrooms. The Lucertola double bedroom features a king-size bed, with a private bathroom with shower located just a few steps across the hall. The Primavera e Cielo family suite includes a queen-size bedroom and a twin room; while there is no internal bathroom, guests can access a bathroom with shower via the corridor and adjoining living room. The Tramonto double bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, accessed through a small private hallway.

The third and fourth floors offer a private and tranquil retreat within the villa. On the third floor, a cosy living room with sofa and armchairs provides a quiet space to relax and serves as the exclusive lounge area for the Bussola bedroom just above. A short flight of stairs leads to the fourth floor, where the Bussola double bedroom is located. This charming room features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, creating a secluded and comfortable space ideal for those seeking extra privacy.
