Ideally located between Greve and Panzano in Chianti, each just a 10-minute drive away, this splendid farmhouse is perfect for exploring the region. Il Casale del Chianti accommodates up to eighteen guests across nine bedrooms in two separate houses: six bedrooms in the Main Villa (plus three additional single beds) and three bedrooms in the Barn.

The property boasts a delightful network of paths meandering through the lush garden, weaving past strawberry trees, aromatic rosemary bushes, and fragrant jasmines, all leading to a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the picturesque olive groves. The expansive poolside area, thoughtfully furnished with plush sun loungers, invites guests to indulge in moments of pure relaxation while taking in the captivating panorama. Main Villa:
The Main Villa seamlessly combines contemporary design with traditional Tuscan farmhouse charm, featuring soothing natural colour palettes and elegant Italian designer furnishings. The ground floor offers a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential amenities, and a convenient guest bathroom. Additionally, this floor hosts two bright, wheelchair-accessible suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, one of which enjoys the added luxury of a private garden, perfect for peaceful moments outdoors.

On the first floor are two suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with tubs. A family suite includes a double bed and a single bed on a mezzanine level, while another family suite features a king-size bed, two single beds, and a bathroom with a tub. Located in the farmhouse’s tower, this suite offers panoramic views of the vineyards. Each room is enriched with a mini-library of illustrated books, objets d’art by Florentine ceramic designer Bitossi, and striking wall art by Simone Boni. On request, all beds can be converted into twin beds.

Barn:
The Barn features three suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Each suite includes a private garden, perfect for a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine. On request, the beds can be converted into twin beds. Guests can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dine in the spacious dining room. The large living room offers a cosy space for relaxing or entertaining. A covered terrace, shaded by olive trees and an ancient mulberry tree, is ideal for enjoying panoramic valley views.
