Porto Cervo, created by Prince Aga Khan and other investors, is the main hub of Costa Smeralda and is renowned as the capital of this part of Sardinia. This glamorous area attracts celebrities and boasts an array of nightclubs, fashion boutiques, and marinas lined with yachts. For beach enthusiasts, Grande Pevero Beach and Piccolo Pevero Beach are renowned for their exceptionally clear waters.

A few kilometres south of Porto Cervo lies the bay of Cala di Volpe, home to some of Italy’s most exclusive hotels and the eighteen-hole Pévero Golf Course, set across a rolling expanse of green. The outdoor space includes a generous al fresco dining area, a lounge area for relaxation and socialising, a gym, and a wellness area complete with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage bed.

Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the main villa includes a bright living room overlooking the veranda, a generous dining room with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, you will also find two comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers. The first floor hosts two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, as well as two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, bathtubs, and separate showers.
