Its 6 elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are spread across two floors, providing privacy and comfort for families or groups of friends seeking a serene escape.

The villa features a generous terrace with a pool (available from 2024), comfortable sun loungers, large parasols, and a hot tub for five. The surrounding park, with its olive trees, carob trees, and holm oaks, enhances the Mediterranean experience. The reception area, accessed via stairs, leads to a bright living space with a lounge featuring comfortable benches, a fireplace, and a 77-inch satellite TV. The dining area includes five single tables that can be joined to form one large table.

Modern interiors include a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities and a wine cellar, ideal for culinary enthusiasts wishing to prepare local delicacies or enjoy an intimate tasting experience.
