Beyond the extraordinary artistic heritage, a testimony to its centuries of civilization, the best way to enjoy Florence is to stroll along the riverside avenues at sunset, or to get lost among the city’s myriad alleyways of the bohemian Oltrarno or the narrow little streets of San Niccolò, where it feels like you have ended up in another time along its centuries-old walls.

In one hour by car, you can reach the walled town of San Gimignano, one of Italy’s best-preserved medieval villages. As you crest the nearby hills, the fourteen towers of the town rise like a medieval Manhattan. This carefully-renovated villa is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in complete privacy. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, Casa Ferruccio can accommodate up to eight guests in four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this magnificent property boasts an exceptional swimming pool and a generous paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a calm atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco The outdoor area also boasts a barbecue and furniture for relaxing on hot summer days.

Decorated with a palette of soft and natural tones, the ground floor boasts a living room, a dining room and a generous fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, and a guest bathroom. On the ground floor you will also find a TV room with a comfortable sofa and a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (two with both tub and shower, and one with shower only), a veranda and a living room.

The main villa can accommodate up to eight guests in four double bedrooms. On request, four additional guests can sleep in the two double bedrooms of the Capanna, the dépendance, so the whole property can sleep up to twelve guests. On the ground floor of the Capanna, you will find the entrance, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. On the upper floor of the Capanna, you will find two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a comfortable living room with a large sofa with plenty of seating.
