Nestled in lush gardens and overlooking the stunning coastline of Positano, Villa del Mare offers a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and comfort. Villa del Mare can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (4 in the Main Villa and 1 in the Dépendance), plus 2 additional guests in the Atelier (1 bedroom), which is available upon request.

The villa is nestled in lush gardens with comfortable outdoor couches and a glass coffee table. A professional gym, sheltered by a glass pergola, overlooks Positano and is fully equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical machine, and weights. For outdoor enthusiasts, a professional EGG barbecue is available, and a laundry room is for staff use only. The villa has two separate entrances on the Positano-Amalfi main road: one by a private staircase with 190 steps, offering an elevated approach, and the other by a pathway with 30 steps.

The villa's dock area offers the ultimate seaside experience with beach towels, sun loungers, deckchairs, an outdoor shower, and easy access to the water via a diving platform and ladder. Perched on the cliff of Positano, the villa boasts a generous terrace with stunning sea views and private access to the water below, including a dock. This peaceful spot is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying cocktails, romantic dinners, or stargazing, blending antiques with contemporary style.

Main Villa:
On the upper floor, the entrance to the villa is adorned with "stucco veneziano" walls, setting the tone for the sophisticated design throughout. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, a spacious en-suite closet area with a wall safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a large wall-mounted shower. A private, large roof terrace with a pergola and seating area offers breathtaking views over the coastline.

The Pink Room features a double bed, air conditioning, heating, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower. This room also has its own private roof terrace with a pergola and large sunbed. The White Room offers a double bed, air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan. Its en-suite closet and windowed bathroom, complete with a large cabin shower, are designed for comfort. This room also has a small private balcony, perfect for taking in the views.

On the lower floor, the Yellow Room features air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large, modern shower. The spacious living room comes with a gas fireplace, satellite TV, and a Hi-Fi system, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. The room is comfortably furnished and opens onto the main terrace through French windows. The main terrace offers comfortable wicker couches and armchairs with pillows under a pergola. A terrace nebuliser ensures comfort in all weather conditions.

The dining room, featuring a Pompeii-style white marble table and terracotta statues, connects to both the main terrace and the dining terrace. The al fresco dining area, complete with a beautiful lemon tree, provides a charming space for enjoying meals in the shade. The fully-equipped kitchen includes three fridges with an ice maker, a large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A large glass door leads directly to the al fresco dining terrace. The villa's wine cellar offers a curated selection of high-quality wines.

Dépendance:
The Dépendance is a charming, private retreat located at the entrance of the property, offering an intimate space with stunning views over Positano and the coastline. On the upper level, the fully-equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The space is air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. A large, covered terrace overlooks the breathtaking coastline and Positano, furnished with a large couch and coffee table. An elliptical machine is also available for those looking to stay active while enjoying the view.

On the lower level, the double bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, is complemented by an en-suite sitting room, air conditioning, and heating for optimal comfort. The en-suite closet and bathroom, equipped with a modern shower, offer ample space. A TV and gas fireplace add to the room's charm, ensuring a cosy atmosphere. From the Dépendance, a private outdoor staircase with 40 steps leads down to the Main Villa building, providing easy access while maintaining privacy.

Atelier (Upon Request):
Accessible via an indoor staircase with fifteen steps, the Atelier offers a peaceful, private space perfect for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding views. The double bedroom in the Atelier is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and en-suite closets for added comfort and convenience. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower, ideal for unwinding after a long day. The sitting room provides a comfortable, large couch, perfect for watching TV and enjoying the serene atmosphere.

A terrace overlooking Positano and the coastline offers stunning views and is furnished with a marble table and outdoor armchairs, making it an ideal spot for dining or simply relaxing. From the al fresco dining terrace in the Main Villa or the Atelier’s terrace, a private stone staircase leads you down to the seaside. The steps, shaded by a bougainvillea pergola, guide you to the garden terraces and the sunbathing and swimming dock, offering direct access to the water.
