Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with olive trees, bougainvillea, and vibrant flowers, the property spans 7 hectares of scenic grounds. Terraces gently slope toward the sea, offering stunning views of Positano, Li Galli Island, and Mediterranean sunsets. The villa features a private 6 x 10 metre swimming pool that blends naturally into the landscape, as well as peaceful footpaths through the garden. The spacious terraces, furnished with bamboo seating and dining areas, are ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious living room, featuring a fireplace and TV, which opens directly onto the garden. This level includes two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a shower, while the other comes with a third bed, providing additional flexibility for guests. Both bedrooms offer a tranquil atmosphere with direct access to the surrounding garden, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.

A raised floor houses a suite with a large living area, offering access to a private terrace, a double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This floor also features another suite with a double bed and a third bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. The suite also includes a private terrace, perfect for soaking in the views. The top level of the villa features a large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dining area, designed to cater to all your culinary needs. This floor also includes an additional bathroom with a shower. The kitchen provides direct access to the outdoor terraces, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in the open air, while the space itself is filled with natural light, offering a welcoming and airy atmosphere. Please note that the pool is open from mid-March to the end of October. Air conditioning is available throughout.
