Ideally situated, this exclusive villa offers unrivalled proximity to some of the most coveted destinations in the Amalfi area. With panoramic sea views from every corner of the property, Villa Rosa dei Venti can graciously host up to 14 guests across its 7 elegantly appointed double bedrooms, ensuring a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The villa's outdoor spaces are nothing short of extraordinary, featuring a gracefully shaped private pool, a sun-soaked solarium, and direct sea access via a platform carved into the rock, complete with deckchairs and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. The pool area, accessible by descending 60 steps from the villa, offers a serene retreat where you can unwind while taking in breathtaking views of the Li Galli islands, once the private sanctuary of the legendary dancer Rudolph Nureyev.

Surrounding the villa are three beautiful terraces: the first, a spacious 100 square meters, is equipped with stone benches, and offers panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast and the Li Galli islands. The second terrace, 80 square meters, is partially shaded by a gazebo and furnished with wicker sofas, armchairs, and dining tables. The third terrace, also 100 square meters, features long benches, stone chairs, a barbecue, and a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for outdoor dining.

Main Villa:
The 350-square-meter villa is spread over multiple levels, with access from the top. The main entrance opens to a living room with hand-painted Vietri tiles, furnished with sofas, chairs, and antiques, leading to a terrace with stunning sea views. A few steps down, a second large living room features panoramic views, a satellite TV, and comfortable sofas, connecting to an eight-person dining room. On a lower level, a third living room, also decorated with hand-painted tiles and antiques, opens to a terrace overlooking the sea.

The generously sized kitchen, accessible from the second terrace through a charming arched doorway, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including six gas burners, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and more. It also features a convenient washing machine and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The adjacent terrace, shaded for comfort, boasts a large dining table that can easily accommodate over 14 guests, making it perfect for entertaining.

Villa Rosa dei Venti features seven exquisitely decorated bedrooms, each offering its own unique style and ambiance. On the lower floor of the main villa, five of these bedrooms come with plush double beds, en-suite bathrooms (three with indulgent hydromassage showers and two with luxurious bathtubs), air conditioning for year-round comfort, and, in four of the rooms, expansive panoramic sea views that create a serene and captivating backdrop.

Annex:
The remaining two bedrooms are housed in a separate annex, accessible through the garden. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. One room features a small balcony with picturesque sea views, while the other offers a window with views of the first terrace. Please note that the service staff resides in a dedicated area on the ground floor of the annex, with its own private entrance, completely separate from the rented rooms, which are located on the first floor with an independent entrance.
