Located near Amalfi and featuring a panoramic terrace with sea views, this elegant eight-bedroom villa is the perfect place for those seeking complete relaxation on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Recognised as an outstanding example of a Mediterranean landscape by UNESCO, the Amalfi Coast is one of Italy's most memorable destinations. Here, mountains plunge into the sea, creating a dramatic scene of precipitous crags, cliff-clinging abodes, and verdant woodlands.

Thanks to its enviable geography between the eastern and western parts of the Mediterranean, Amalfi became politically and economically important to the Byzantine Empire and a promoter of Christianity in North Africa. Tucked between mountains and sea, Amalfi is a town best explored on foot. While Piazza Duomo and the main street are home to most shops and restaurants, spend some time wandering the quieter side streets, where you will find arched passageways, hidden gardens, and tiny piazzas.

Conca dei Marini is a gem on the Amalfi Coast, nestled amongst fragrant lemon orchards and vibrant flowers. Less renowned than the nearby Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano, this quaint town has impeccably preserved the old charm of a fishing village, with white houses tucked into the rock like precious stones in a sculpted setting. It first made headlines in 1962 when Jacqueline Kennedy, on holiday with her children in Ravello, would depart from Conca dei Marini’s port for waterskiing trips with the Agnelli family.

Maiori's wide stretch of beach, covering about a kilometre of coastline in fine, large-grain sand, is the town's top attraction, making it a lively and popular destination. The Amalfi Coast does not boast many sandy beaches; instead, the coastline is dotted with countless tiny coves lined with rocks or small beaches with pebbles worn smooth by the waves. The main seafront beach was formed because of the catastrophic floods of 1954, which destroyed the historic centre, and is located next to the rebuilt modern centre.

Villa Francesca is 64 km from Naples Capodichino International Airport and 291 km from Rome Leonardo da Vinci International Airport. The centre of Amalfi is just 3 km from the villa, Conca dei Marini is less than 2 km away, Minori is 7 km, Maiori is 8 km, Ravello is 9 km, Praiano is 11 km, Positano is 14 km, Vietri sul Mare is 24 km, Pompeii is 37 km, Herculaneum is 52 km, and Naples is 60 km. The villa is conveniently located near the centre of Amalfi, where bars, restaurants, and all the necessary services can be easily found.

The Property
Located just a stone’s throw from the centre of Amalfi, Villa Francesca provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this exclusive villa features a generous Mediterranean garden spread over multiple levels. With spectacular views over the turquoise sea, Villa Francesca can accommodate 16 guests in eight double bedrooms spread across the main villa (seven bedrooms) and the dépendance (one bedroom).

Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa boasts an exclusive Mediterranean garden equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. The villa also features a hot tub for eight people and al fresco lounge areas with sofas and gazebos for relaxing and socialising. With gorgeous views of the sea, the outdoor area is the perfect retreat for sunbathing or simply sipping a cocktail while enjoying the sea breeze.

The sauna, large hot tub, and private access to the sea complete the wellness services that guests can enjoy during their stay. You will find the sauna and hot tub outdoors. Sun loungers on the rocky platform allow guests to admire the panorama from sea level. The natural rocky platform, with access to the sea, is equipped with a private pier from which, with a free water taxi, you can quickly reach the picturesque restaurants on the nearby Santa Croce beach and Conca dei Marini beach. You can reach the platform via a flight of approximately 300 steps.

Flooded with natural light, the villa boasts a spacious living room with large glass doors overlooking the sea. From the living room, you can access the generous garden. With exclusive pieces of Oriental furniture, the living room features comfortable sofas and armchairs with ample seating. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the amenities you might need during your stay. The ground floor also includes two guest bathrooms.

Main Villa (7 Bedrooms):
The main villa features seven double bedrooms, each complete with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, spread over two floors. With a contemporary design, all bedrooms include a large window overlooking the sea. The ground floor (which is the hall level) comprises three comfortable double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of these bedrooms can be converted into a twin room, and one has access to an outdoor area with a Jacuzzi.

The upper floor boasts four elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Upon request, one of these bedrooms can be transformed into a triple room by adding an additional single bed for one extra guest. This flexibility allows the villa to comfortably accommodate up to seventeen guests, making it ideal for larger groups or families seeking a memorable getaway.

Dépendance (1 Bedroom):
Nestled within a charming garden, the property features a delightful dépendance situated approximately 100 metres from the main villa. This tranquil retreat offers a serene atmosphere, comprising a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a refreshing shower. Guests can also enjoy direct access to a lovely outdoor area, complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that the night caretaker will reside at the villa in an area that is not accessible to guests, where the laundry facilities, electrical controls, boilers, and other utilities are located.
